FRUJO, a.s., a joint-stock company, is member of the Polak International a.s. holding. Our Company is one of the leading Czech producers of food components for application in various different branches of the food-processing industry. In our nearly 30 years of activity we have built a reputation as a stable and modern company exporting to more than 20 European countries. The main foundations of our Company include a professional approach, strong development potential and modern technologies. The manufacture of tailor-made products according to the special requirements of our customers is part of our everyday work. Nearly 10 percent of our staff work in our development department, where their main purpose is the continuous monitoring of the latest global trends and provision of flexible services to our partners. We approach each of our customers individually, offering them products tailor-made to their needs and requirements.
The current production programme primarily focuses on fruit and vegetable components for the dairy and fat industry. These fruit components can be found in the products of most Czech manufacturers of yoghurt and other dairy products. Our mayonnaise-based sauces are also very popular. We also produce components for the beverage programme, a product portfolio of excellent TOJE brand twist ice cream and, last but not least, we use our know-how and broad ingredient base for the production of dessert toppings and fillings for bakers and confectioners. Since 2017 we have successfully sold our unique natural fruit and cane sugar based syrups without preservatives and “e” ingredients. Their “fruit in the bottle” branding speaks for itself. To emphasise the supra-national nature of our products and for improvement of their position on international markets, we decided to use the English "Fruit in the bottle" branding variant. The most recent development in our portfolio is represented by farm products available in conventional as well as BIO quality. The practical package sizes also support the availability of premium flavours, thus far only accessible to large dairies, for small and medium-sized farms.
A separate, and certainly the most sophisticated chapter of our product portfolio since 2007, has been represented by our BIO certified and Clean Label components. Our products and their compositions clearly emphasise a return to nature without vain decoration according to the motto “Beauty in simplicity”. Their added value is the absence of useless additives (stabilisers, preservatives, colourings, aromas) used in conventional food as a standard.
